DCC RPG is a fast-paced, open-feeling rules set allowing for epic game experiences without unnecessary tethers.Further streamlines the rules compared to 5th Edition, allowing a greater focus on creativity and immersive environs. Embracing chaos with heavy use of random tables so nobody truly knows what will happen each session. Each session can play out radically diferent than the last, keeping you pinned to the edge of your seat. Combat is short, sweet, and deadly. With focus on resolving it quickly to explore even more fantastical locations. If you want to get into the dungeon now this is the game for you! The first session you control three level-0 characters. You begin play as a typical medieval character: a farmer, seamstress, innskeeper, etc. Armed with a frying and a chicken, you lack training but are empowered by your courage. Angered at the injustive that the cult is forcing upon your small town, you take up arms and set forth to become heroes of the realm. With naught but a glimmer of hope in your eyes, you take your first step forward to reclaim peace amongst the land.
